Deloitte’s testing professionals work closely with project teams to customize testing solutions that help ensure new technologies meet our clients’ needs and perform as intended. Together, we work across all phases of testing: system, integration, user acceptance and performance. We help define business requirements, functional design and process design (including scenario design and flow mapping), and subject prototypes to rigorous testing. We enhance successful implementation by running trials and testing not only the technology, but also its training and support procedures. We bring a multidimensional perspective across an evolving array of testing approaches: desk checking, white-box (logic-driven), black-box (requirements-driven), load testing, coverage testing and regression testing.

At Deloitte, our solution and platform integration team members provide advisory services supporting the functional and technical work of every technology engagement, from solution implementation to ongoing support. We drive momentum on end-to-end integration of new solutions including cloud, AI, GenAI and/or process automation within our clients’ technical architectures, tapping our experience with industry-leading application program interface management solutions and integration platforms. Beyond the technical aspects of a solution, we support clients in an operational setting for solution design, reviewing all business process and system-level changes as part of continual service improvement. We provide design perspectives to the process teams so that solutions and processes are consistent, stable and supportable.

Our IT project delivery professionals work within a Deloitte project team to consult and collaborate on developing customized technology solutions with our clients, often incorporating AI, analytics and machine learning. We’re responsible for overseeing delivery of end-to-end components of these solutions, which includes identifying business requirements and developing both functional design and process design specs (such as scenario design and flow mapping). We shape the project all the way through—from helping with prototyping and testing to advising on training and developing support procedures, to supporting implementations. Often, clients engage us to operate the technology platforms we’ve built for them.

Our information technology professionals support Deloitte’s own infrastructure needs. In fact, we’re usually the first point of connection for Deloitte team members when they need IT assistance of any kind. We build Deloitte’s infrastructure systems from the ground up and proactively monitor them every day. From walk-up support for mobile devices to PC / Mac compliance checks to proactive asset management, we’re looking after the hardware and software needs of our Deloitte colleagues.
