Our IT project delivery professionals work within a Deloitte project team to consult and collaborate on developing customized technology solutions with our clients, often incorporating AI, analytics and machine learning. We’re responsible for overseeing delivery of end-to-end components of these solutions, which includes identifying business requirements and developing both functional design and process design specs (such as scenario design and flow mapping). We shape the project all the way through—from helping with prototyping and testing to advising on training and developing support procedures, to supporting implementations. Often, clients engage us to operate the technology platforms we’ve built for them.
